This week was kind of a fail running and training wise so I’m looking forward to the coming week and really sticking to the plan. We switched our long run from Sunday to Saturday this week so that my mom could watch Liam and we wouldn’t have to run with the jogging stroller. Score! I ran the six miles on Saturday in 1:06:16 which is about three minutes faster than I ran the six miles at Wharf to Wharf last month. Progress!
Tuesday: OFF (was supposed to run)
Wednesday: Run 3 miles
Thursday: OFF (was supposed to run)
Saturday: Run 6 miles
Weigh-in: Down 1 lb!
Goals for the coming week:
Actually go to yoga!
