Another “off” week but I have a plan to turn that around. I’ve noticed that since we have been increasing our long runs on Sundays that I am completely knocked out and feel like I can’t go to yoga on Mondays and don’t feel like running on Tuesdays. The leftover pain that I had while I was pregnant comes back sometimes when I push myself really hard and then I don’t feel like I can do anything (I can barely even roll over from side to side in bed – it’s ridiculous). We switched our Sunday run to 4 miles and I feel good now so I’m hoping that the shorter mileage will allow me to do all four of my runs this week, including a seven miler on Sunday. We have a little less that two months until the half marathon and I’m actually starting to get excited. We have a busy month coming up so hopefully I will find the energy to keep training!

Tuesday: off (supposed to run)
Wednesday: Ran 2 miles
Thursday: off (supposed to run)
Saturday: off (supposed to go to yoga)
Sunday: Ran 4 miles
